hireEZ understands the importance of cooperation during the sourcing process. We always try our best to make your workflow smoother.
The tabs located on the candidate's profile allow you to comment and communicate with your team members on the candidate directly through the profile page. You can view the candidate’s status and add notes/tags, files and reminders(Enterprise only) to the profiles for the convenience of your team members.

In this article, we are going to introduce the features of the following tabs:
Project
The Projects tab allows you to find out if the candidate is in any of your projects or in any projects that have been shared with you. You will be able to see the updated time as well.
Notes
You can view notes created by you and your collaborators under the Notes tab. You may be able to also transfer notes that have been added to the candidate’s profile in your ATS if you have added the EZ Rediscovery.

You can add notes to the candidate by locating the note on the right. Depending on how you cooperate with the collaborators in the project, you can choose to make the note visible to Yourself, Individual member(s), Members in project, or Members in entire team. You can use the place to share your opinion on the candidate.

If you choose to allow individual members to view the information, you will be asked to choose specific team members in the next step.

You may also @ your team members in your notes. Simply add @ and then type in the user name of your teammates. You can find them from the drop-down list.

When you @someone, users who have access to the Note will be highlighted in blue, and users who are not able to view the information (e.g. outside of the project) are indicated in black.
Tags
You can add tags to the candidate within the Tags tab.

Tags work well when you need to note down any brief information that is suitable for more than one candidate. For example, you can add tags to candidates that you have contacted through other platforms: “Contacted via LIR.” You can also note down if the candidates are not interested in working in your company: “Not interested/Do not contact.”
When you add new tags to the candidate, you can either type in new ones or choose existing ones from the drop-down menu. You might want to keep consistency with your team members, for instance, using LIR instead of LinkedIn Recruiter in tags, as it is easier for the team to organize the candidates.

You can view tags under the candidate’s brief profile when you are screening through your pipeline. As shown in the picture below, tags from your ATS are highlighted with yellow shadows, while tags added from hireEZ are listed in blue. You can also add tags directly from here.

For Enterprise user, if you are the admin of the team, you can manage the candidates' tags from the Admin Console -->Sourcing--> Pipeline --> Tag Management page. Here you can find out the number of candidates under each tag and you can Edit or Delete the existing tags. You can also Add Tag using the button on the upper right corner or search for tags in the text bar.

Emails
Under the Emails tab, you can check if you or your team members have contacted the candidates. You can click on Email Activities to view folded details.
For Enterprise user, you are able to view the content and status of the emails if they had been sent from you or on behalf of you. You can also set a Reminder from here or Reply/Forward the email.

If the candidate has replied to your emails, the replied content will also be listed under the tab.


File
Under the Files tab, you can upload and attach related documents to the candidate’s hireEZ profile, for example, the PDF version of the candidate’s resume or portfolios.
When you hover your mouse over the document’s title, you will see the download, delete and set as candidates' resume buttons on the right. Your collaborators are also able to modify the files here as long as they hold Screener or above permission to the project.

The Files tab here allows you to share documents with your team members. You can upload up to 10 files that you received from other platforms or through email contacts and share them with your collaborators.
Reminders(Enterprise only)
You can set a Reminder to yourself if you need to go back to the profile later. Under the Reminder tab, you are able to mark the reminder as complete or edit/delete the note.

To add a new Reminder, simply click Add and pick a date and time in the pop-up window. You may also leave a note to yourself in the text bar.

You will receive both in-app and email notifications when a reminder is due.
Similar Candidates(Enterprise only)
For Enterprise user, after giving Good Fit to the candidates or moving the candidates to other stages of the pipeline, you can click the talent profile and you may find the Similar Candidates we provide you on the right side under the Reminders.
You can add these similar candidates to the project.
Activity Log
Under the Activity Log tab, you are able to view all activities that have been done to the candidate’s profile by your team. You can check if your collaborators have copied the profile to any projects or exported the candidate to other platforms. You may also see who edited the tags and notes of the profile and if there are any email contacts made between the candidate and your team.
If there are multiple activities recorded on the candidate's profile, you can use the drop-down menu on the upper right to filter the activities that you want to focus on.

The Activity Log allows you to keep track of all the activities that have been conducted by the team and prevent unnecessary actions. For instance, you can check if your team members have contacted the candidate before you send out an engagement email. You can also track the time and dates of all the actions and get to know the detailed timeline of the sourcing process.
