Track All Actions in Activity Log

Seamless interaction is ideal in any collaborative environment. hireEZ tracks every action that occurs in a profile across your team and resurfaces it. The Activity Log tab gives you the power to see all the information related to your candidates in one place.

You can locate a candidate's activity log by clicking on their name and selecting Activity Log under their contact information. Scroll down to view all previous history.

Now you are aware of any actions happening and are able to know the detailed information such as who else views the profile.

As a team admin, reviewing activity logs is a great way of keeping track of your teams’ progress with a certain candidate.

For instance, you might want to quickly see if the candidate has been recently contacted. Or maybe you want to see who the last person to engage with the candidate was and want to see if there is any information you need to be aware of.

You can also view added notes, tags, pipeline progress of a candidate, ATS export, or PDF exports. You may use the drop-down menu on the upper right to view activities under specific categories.
