You might have noticed something like this on your candidate profile. Have you wondered how hireEZ gathers candidate's availability and the average market value, and how accurate these data points are?

Availability is generated by analyzing previous patterns of similar candidates, current employment status, recent job applications, and market trends using machine learning algorithms. This value is an approximation and not representative of this individual.

You may choose to 'sort by' or 'filter by' candidate availability in any of your projects by using the Power Filters or Sort By Best Match features to prioritize candidates that are more likely open to a new opportunity.

If you use the 'sort by best match' option, candidates with higher availability will be at the top of the list, and candidates with lower availability will be towards the bottom of the list, whereas with the 'filter by' option, you can filter out the candidates with lower availability.

The Average Market Value under a candidate profile is determined by hireEZ’s AI and Machine Learning algorithms that take into account the information on titles and their corresponding average market values on Indeed, Glassdoor, and other similar sites. hireEZ also considers other parameters like years of experience, location, and company size when calculating a realistic average market value. This value is an approximation and is not representative of every single individual. Moreover, the Average Market Value is an estimation of base salary and does not include any additional compensation packages/commission one may have.
