How to add the candidate to projects
Sometimes when you are in a search, you might find candidates who fit other open roles or candidates who may not be available now but you would like to keep in touch with the person to nurture your pipeline.
In hireEZ, you are able to copy the candidates to other existing projects or save them to a new project both from your search results page and within your pipeline.
From the search result page
Tick the candidates and then click on the three dots on top.
You can select up to 200 candidates every time. Click on Add to Project and you will be able to choose the target project from the pop-up window.
If you are in your pipeline, you can find the Add to Project button directly from the top of the candidate’s list. Similarly, you are able to edit up to 200 candidates every time.
By clicking the candidate's name to enter the candidate profile, you can check all the project info that the candidate is in.
How to remove a candidate from a project
To remove the candidate, you can select the candidate -> click the three-dot button -> click Reject.
The rejected/removed candidate will not be removed from the project permanently. From the "Rejected candidates" folder, you will be able to check the removed candidates and add them back if needed.
