August is here! I hope you all enjoyed the Olympic Games in the last two weeks! This week we have some updates on the engagement sequence, diversity filter, and the dashboard of our Talent Data Cloud package.
Sequence Management: Delete a Step from the Inserted Sequence
Now when you insert a pre-saved sequence to reach out to your candidate, you are able to delete a step from the sequence by clicking on the trash bin button on the lower right of the composing window. In this way, you can adjust both the length/number of emails and the content of the sequence before you send them out.
After you delete any steps and confirm the sequence, you can save the edited messages as a new sequence template by clicking on Save in the pop-up window.

Your updated sequence will be named as a copy of the current one automatically. The new sequence will appear under the Sequence tab and you can track and rename it from there. If you choose not to save the modified sequence, the status of the messages will not be tracked.

*Please note, you need to have at least two steps in a sequence.
Diversity Filter: Underserved Community
A new section for Underrepresented Groups and Communities has been added to the diversity filter within AI Sourcing. We now support Underserved Communities in our searches.
We have the Detroit Region on the list now. You may check out the website below the filter to learn more about the region and connect directly with the relevant local community coordinator for further information about possible local hiring incentives.

Talent Data Cloud: Hyperlinked Charts
For Admin users who are using our Talent Data Cloud solution, now you are able to click on any part of the ATS Insights on the Dashboard to view the candidates under specific categories.

For example, when you click on the Women section on the Gender chart, you will be led to the list of candidates filtered by "Women" in your ATS talent pool. You can adjust the Filter menu in the upper right corner to narrow down the list or go back to the Dashboard and choose to view candidates under other categories.

That's all for the week! Happy August!
