Hope you are enjoying the nice weather and our new Market Insights feature that has been released last week! This week we have two updates on the sample candidates page and the collaboration workflow.

Notifications on the Sample Candidates Page

When you are new to our sourcing workflow, you might have wondered where the sample candidates went after you have given the feedback. Now when you give Good Fit or Not a Fit to the candidate, you will receive a short notification on top of the list to let you know that the candidate has been added to your pipeline or to the "Not a Fit" list.

Profile Sharing

You are now able to share the candidate's profile directly with the Hiring Managers who are not on your team, or with colleagues who do not have a Hiretual account for easier collaboration across the team!

After you add the candidate to the pipeline, you can locate the sharing button on the candidate's profile picture.

You may also get access to the feature through the links on the candidate's profile page.

On the pop-up window, select either existing team members (license holders) from the drop-down list or input a team members email (who does not have a Hiretual license) and click on Share to send an email to them that contains the profile link, or click on Copy link to copy and share the link manually. The link expires in 30 days.

The recipient can view the details of the candidate's profile and give feedback to the candidate. Their comments to the candidate will appear under the Notes tab on the profile page.
