When you receive the email from hireEZ titled “You are invited to hireEZ Enterprise,” you must be very excited to start your talent sourcing journey! There are a few steps here to help you have a smooth experience with hireEZ.
Verify Your Account
hireEZ will send you an email to sign up a free trial to the Enterprise. You will find an invitation link inside the email. Click on the link and you will be led to the new window to set up your account.
On this page you need to fill in your First Name, Last Name, Title, Work Email and create your Password. After you confirm your Password, remember to check the box below to verify your acknowledgment and agreement to hireEZ’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
When you finish, click on Continue to proceed. You will then be able to see the dashboard for hireEZ Enterprise users!
Download Chrome Extension
The Chrome extension of hireEZ is a convenient tool for you to search and sync candidates as well as to get the contact information of the candidates you find outside the hireEZ application and your ATS. So we recommend you install this extension after you activate your account.
You can search the extension from the Chrome web store. Click on the Add to Chrome button on the right to add it to your browser.
After you add it successfully, you will find the extension from the upper right corner of your screen.
Open the extension and use the Sign In button to log in with your hireEZ account.

You will then be able to get access to the features of our extension when you are screening through candidates' profiles from LinkedIn (and LinkedIn Recruiter), Twitter, GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, Google Scholar, and even Google searches. You may unlock the candidate’s email address and phone number or sync the profile to your talent pool. You can also search for candidates directly through the extension. Of course, there are more features waiting to be explored!

Integrate Emails
As known to many talent acquisition teams, engagement with candidates is an essential part of the recruiting process. Within hireEZ, you are able to contact your candidates via email without going back to your mailbox. You need to integrate your work email with hireEZ to enable this function.
You will find the Email Settings tab on the Profile Settings page. hireEZ supports both Gmail and Outlook at the moment and you can choose based on your work email account.
Here we use Gmail integration as an example. When you click on Connect Now, you will see a pop-up window asking you to choose an email account.
Click on the email address that you want to integrate. You will then be led to the page to grant hireEZ’s access to your account. Click on Allow to complete the authorization.
When you finish, you can go back to hireEZ to check if your email is activated.
