In hireEZ, the Team Admin user is able to observe the Sourcing Performance of the team and get access to the User Management and Sourcing Configuration sections from the Admin Dashboard.
If you are an Enterprise member user with an add-on Team Admin license, you will be able to find your Admin dashboard from the Admin Console link when clicking on your account.
On the Admin Console, you are able to find the following features:
Check Team Performance
As a Team Admin user, you are able to view your Recruiting activity and Usage Details on your home page. Under the Admin To-Dos list on the right, you can manage the requests from your team members to connect hireEZ to the ATS/CRM or other apps.
Team Project Information
Under the Projects tab, you can check all the projects you and your team members created. You may select the project that you want to make the related settings or use the search bar from the upper right corner to look for specific projects. You can click on each project to view the search results or use the bookmarks on the side to manage the list.
Under the Messages tab, you are able to view the status of all sequences that have been sent out by your team members. You can click Owner and choose to view the engagement activities of any specific team members.
To view the full version of your team report, click on the View all reports link below the Outbound recruiting effectiveness section. You will also find the information under the Reports tab. You may use the drop-down menus on each section to modify the range of the data or click on Export to download the data as a CSV file and share it with your team members.
If your organization has purchased the EZ Rediscovery solution, you are able to view the Rediscovery data dashboard here.
Team Admins are able to invite new users to hireEZ if there are seats available.
- Find the Users button on the home page.
- Scroll down and find the "Invite new user" button.
- You can also Edit or Freeze the existing users with the three dots button on the right.
- You may use Groups to organize the users in your team.
To set the configuration for the team, you can find the settings from the "Team settings" by clicking your name on the top right.
This includes Diversity Search, Security Clearance Search, Company List (Exclude), Unbiased Sourcing Mode, and Default Currency.
Please note that the settings of groups overwrite the general configuration. For example, if you turn on the Diversity Search for a group of users while disabling it from the toggle outside the "Customize by groups", members of the group are still able to get access to the diversity filter when sourcing.
In this section, you will be able to make settings to:
- Hiring processes: add a new hiring process or delete the one you created;
- PDF Download watermark: personalized or remove the watermark;
- CSV Download templates: you can create a new template.
You can set Email Visibility, Unsubscribe Link, (X) days candidate re-engagement alert, Maximum emails to send per day, and Seconds to wait between each mail in this section.
In this section, you can add, edit, or delete the tag that the team created.
- You are able to input information for the Single Sign On feature for the team here.
- The Compliances section allows you to edit the GDPR emails. You can upload your company logo and preview your message on the right.
From the Apps button on the top right, you will find ATS/CRM and other available apps to connect to hireEZ. Click on the Connect button on each app to integrate or click Manage to make the settings.
