As an admin, keeping track of your team's work could be a troubling and overwhelming task. In hireEZ, you can track all the data you need from the Reports tab on the Admin Console site.
From there you can view your teams’ usage and all other performance reports related to pipeline and engagement. hireEZ understands that every team has its own focuses: you can adjust the content indicated in the sections and choose to view data of specific groups or time ranges. The data can be exported by sections using the Export button on the corners.
This article introduces each performance section and walks you through the sections on the report page.
Performance Reports in hireEZ
In the Performance Reports page under the Report Tab, you can easily view the necessary performance you made in hireEZ platform, including Usage Performance, Pipeline Performance, and Engagement Performance. hireEZ understands that every team has its own focuses: as a team admin, you can adjust the content indicated in each section and choose to view data of specific users, groups, and time ranges. The data can be exported by sections using the Export button on the corners.
In each section, you are able to customize the time range in the drop-down menu under the Last X Day button. You could select the date range in the calendar, then click on the Apply button to update the results. If you want to track the changes and development of the performance, tick the box below to compare to the previous period. You will then be able to view the differences between the two sets of data in the report.
Usage Performance
Team Performance
You may view your team's or your performance on hireEZ within a given period. Here is the list of stats provided:
- Active Users: The number of users in your team who have utilized hireEZ during the given time period.
- User Adoption Rate: The percentage of users in your team who log in and perform additional action(s).
- Open Projects: The total number of open projects at the end of the selected time period.
- Sourced Candidates: The total number of candidates that have been sourced during the time period. This includes sourcing from AI Search, Chrome Extension, Imports to a project, and more.
- Notes & Tags: The total number of created notes and tags during the time period.
Open Projects
Here is where you can check the total number of projects that you are currently sourcing candidates for within a given period.
Team Usage Details
In the Team Usage Details, you can find a customizable table to view specific metrics for all of your team members within your selected time ranges. As mentioned earlier in the article, you can still customize the group, the user, and the column you'd like to see at the top.
You are able to select the specific usage details as columns from sourcing/project, engaging, and export/import.
Sourcing/Usage:
Sourced Candidates: The total number of candidates sourced from hireEZ's AI and Extension
Reviewed Candidates with Contact: The number of reviewed candidates with contact information
Qualified Candidates: The total number of candidates that have been engaged, exported, contact consumed or moved to the next stage in a project pipeline
Contacts Consumed: The number of contacts consumed by the team
Candidates Contacted: The number of candidates contacted through hireEZ's engagement
Candidates Who Replied Email: The number of candidates who opened emails sent via hireEZ
Last Active Date: The user's last active day in hireEZ
Pipeline Performance
Project Performance
You may track the number of candidates within each pipeline stage within a given period. You could select the pipeline stage via the drop-downs under Project Performance. Here is the list of stats we provided for the project performance area:
Good fit: The number of good-fit candidates in the good fit stage.
Contacted: The number of candidates been contacted via hireEZ or been manually added to the Contacted stage.
Replied: The number of candidates who have responded to emails sent via hireEZ or been manually added to the Replied stage.
Scheduled: The number of candidates who scheduled a meeting via the calendar invitation.
Exported: The number of candidates who have been exported to ATS/CRM.
*Note: The stages listed above may vary based on usage.
Outbound recruiting performance
You can easily track your pipeline performance metrics for one or more projects within the selected time period. Here is the list of data we presented for you:
Reviewed Candidates: The total number of candidate profiles your team interacted within a selected time period.
Qualified Candidates: The total number of candidates that have been contacted, exported or moved to the next stage of a project pipeline within a selected time period.
Contacted Candidates: The total number of candidates that have been engaged using hireEZ within a selected time period.
Replied Candidates: The total number of candidates that have replied to emails sent using hireEZ within a selected time period.
Scheduled candidates: The total number of candidates that have scheduled a meeting through hireEZ within a selected time period.
Delivered to ATS: The total number of candidates that have been exported to your ATS from hireEZ within a given period.
Note: The Candidates' Qualification Rate is calculated by dividing the number of qualified candidates by the number of reviewed candidates.
Diversity Analytics
HireEZ also provides a detailed breakdown of candidate diversity as they move across your project pipeline within a given period.
You may review the break-down for:
Diversity group: The diversity group(s) that you have searched in.
Contact Finding Rate: The percentage of candidates whose contact was found in the chosen group(s).
Candidates Qualification Rate: The percentage in which candidates are found to be qualified in the chosen group(s).
Engagement Performance
Engagement Overview: to track your average cumulative engagement performance of both single and sequence emails for one or more projects within a selected time period.
Engagement Details: to view the engagement performance of sequence/single emails across one or more projects within a selected period.
You are able to select Sequence or Single emails performance, or even select a template to view the performance within the selected period.
How to Export Reports
To export the report, click on the Export button on the right of each performance section, as a team admin, you can also schedule an export by clicking on the Scheduled Export from the drop-down menu.
In the new window, you are able to select the report's format to be PDF or a .xlsx file, as well the certain sections to export.
To schedule usage reports, you can insert a name for the report, and select if you want to send the report to yourself or/and other team members. Similarly, you are able to compare the data in the report and select certain sections of the report to be exported. When you finish, click on Schedule Export to continue.
Please note, the Cancel Scheduled Export option will cancel ALL scheduled exports.
