As the Admin user, you are able to set a default currency of candidates' average market value for your team members. The Default Currency feature is located on the Admin Console --> Sourcing page.

As indicated in the screenshot below, you can set a default currency for all team members on hireEZ using the drop-down menu on the right. Currently, we offer options for 14 popular currencies.*

You may also set various currencies for your teams in different regions. Click "Add new" to Set the default currency by Group and specify the groups from the drop-down menu. 

The selected group will then be added to the list, and you can set the currency for each group on the right.

Your team members can still choose to view the average market value in different currencies on the candidate's profile.
