In hireEZ, the Hiring Process is the stages that candidates go through in a project pipeline. As shown in the screenshot below, the Hiring Process bar appears above the list of candidates and indicates the number of candidates in each stage of the process.
If you are the Admin of the team, you can customize or create multiple Hiring Processes to suit your needs. To start, go to the Admin Console and you can locate the Hiring Process page under the Pipeline tab.

From here you are able to check all the existing Hiring Processes, the number of projects using each process, and the Creator and Modification Date of each process. To add a new one, click on +New Hiring Process on the upper right corner of your screen.

Add a new hiring process
Click on +New Hiring Process in the upper right corner of your screen. You can start editing on the next page. To save your time, hireEZ sets the five categories by default and includes the Good Fit, Contacted, and Replied stages in the Sourcing Category. You can add as many stages as you need to the Screen, Interview, Offer, and Hired categories here.
After inputting the information in the text bar, remember to click on the checkmark to save it. You can also use the pencil button to re-edit the stages or click on the trash bin button to delete the stage.

Make sure you name the process before clicking on Create hiring process at the bottom of the page.
If you want to keep consistency with all the projects across the team, you can set the hiring process as the default process for the entire team. You can also choose to apply the process to a specific group from the drop-down menu.

Set up the mandatory process
The other way to set up the mandatory process is to go to the Group settings. You will find the options of hiring processes in the upper right corner of the menu. You may select more than one process here.

You can view all your Mandatory Processes under the tab. Please note that once you apply the process for the entire team/selected group, this process will be the ONLY option available for them when creating/editing a project. If multiple processes are applied, the team/group will be able to choose from any of the applied processes. When no process is mandatory, the team members can use any existing processes.

Choose the hiring process when creating a new project
After you saved the Hiring Process, you and your team members are able to find it when creating a new project or editing the project pipeline. As an Admin, you may also click on the link below to create a new hiring process from the pop-up window.
Delete a hiring process
To delete a hiring process, click on the three dots button at the end of the row. If you want to delete a mandatory hiring process, you need to remove the mandatory setting first.
