EZ Rediscovery: Sourcing Candidates from Your ATS

Candidates in your ATS have expressed interest in your company in the past and will be easier to engage with. As an add-on package of the hireEZ Enterprise plan, the EZ Rediscovery feature allows you to pull candidates from the ATS and enrich the profiles through hireEZ. After syncing and refreshing the profiles, you can directly source these candidates with hireEZ AI Sourcing Engine and match the past candidates with your newly opened roles.

Note: Since it requires pulling candidates from ATS, the rediscovery feature is only available for the ATS which is two-way integration. Example from Bullhorn. You may check with your CSM or AM to turn on the two-way if needed.

Enable Import to Turn on the ATS Rediscovery

If the rediscovery feature or the two-way integration is turned on in your account, as an admin, you can go to this admin page to enable Import. Your team will be able to source from ATS afterwards.

Search or Exclude ATS Candidates

Show ATS candidates only

If your account has enabled the rediscovery feature, you will see a recommendation of "View all ATS candidates" on your search result page.

By clicking that button, the checkbox of "Show ATS candidates only" will be automatically checked.

For the candidate from the ATS, the system will provide brief ATS info for reference as well.

Exclude ATS candidates

Click "Exclude ATS candidates", the result will exclude all the ATS candidates. If you already selected "Show ATS candidates", you would need to uncheck it first.

In this ATS tab, there are also some filters for you to target candidates from your ATS talent pool.

Filter from other stages

For the candidates saved in the good fit stage, you can still use the filter to source candidates from the ATS.

FAQs

1. What happens when I source from my ATS/CRM pool on hireEZ and deliver the candidates to my ATS?

Your ATS or CRM will show the updated profiles of the candidates.

2. Why can't I just export the candidates to a CSV file and upload the file to hireEZ?

This workflow is possible. However, there are several limitations. Firstly, it would be a highly time-consuming endeavor if you have thousands of candidates. More importantly, new profiles are constantly added to your ATS/CRM and you would have to repeat the manual process every time when syncing candidates to hireEZ. With the EZ Rediscovery service, hireEZ will pull new candidates automatically and prevent the risk of errors that may occur during the manual process.
