1. Not Contacted by Team filter
Filter candidates that have not been contacted by your team in the last 1, 7, 30, or 90 days!
Reach out to candidates with confidence because you won’t be stepping on your teammate’s toes.
2. Candidate Ownership in Greenhouse
When exporting prospects or job applicants from Hiretual to Greenhouse, you’ll be able to fill in candidate owner information.
We want to help you better track the performance of your team members.
3. Contact Credits not consumed for bounced emails
Any bounced emails will not consume your contact credits!
4. Has High Availability filter
Inside your projects under More Filters, you are now able to search for candidates who will be most receptive to new job opportunities!
5. Leave Project option
You can easily remove yourself from a shared project under the Project Details page.
6. Search History & Saved Searches
You will now be able to see your Market Insights search history and have an option to save your searches for a later view. Easily share Insights searches with others with a one-click URL copy to your clipboard.
7. Good Fit stage
When you vote candidates as Good Fit, they will move to the Good Fit hiring stage. This sits right after the New stage and will help keep your candidates top-of-mind.
8. Diversity Filters
Not only have we added a new Asian filter to help you with your DEI initiatives, but we've also built out AND/OR boolean options to give you more flexibility. Whether it is searching for African American women or Hispanic candidates of veteran status, we've got you covered.

9. Diversity Insights
Create actionable hiring strategies by leveraging Market Insights. Now Diversity filter is made more visible in the Insights report. Hiretual gathers data in compliance with EEOC laws, empowering you with insight on the state of diversity representation at different geographic locations, organizations, job titles, and more.
