You are now able to search inside the candidate pool pulled from ATS.
Go to Home -> ATS Candidates -> Recently Pulled from ATS, then a panel of Search ATS will automatically appear on the right. You can click the tab to hide it and re-open it when you need it.

Keywords (Boolean String Search)
Search ATS offers you an option to enter either keywords or Boolean Strings to find wanted candidates' profiles.
Boolean Strings can be more effective compared to keywords in this open field since Boolean logic can supplement a keyword-driven search with customized requirements as well as additional flexibility in the logic that connects different terms.
Hiretual supports Boolean Syntax, Wildcard, Fuzzy, and Proximity Search.
Many recruiters are used to searching with Boolean, and for those who are not familiar with it, please refer to our Boolean String Search article and learn more about it.
ATS (ATS Jobs & Stages)
This feature provides an end-to-end experience on Hiretual. You can view candidates by their ATS job title or job number and screen by ATS stages.


ATS selections can be extremely helpful when searching for talents in the pool to rediscover them and track their updated resumes.
Sourcing Metrics
Apart from Keyword (Boolean Strings) and ATS Search, the same filters that you find in Source Candidates can be applied here as well.
Hiretual's AI sourcing is at the most advanced level with its Knowledge Graph Search, and thus is capable of generating matches more efficiently than Boolean.
You can select different requirements on Title, Skill, Location, Company, Experience, Education, Industries, Diversity, Security Clearance, and Language.
