1. If you are a paid user:
- Upgrade to Enterprise
As a Business Tier user, you may go to click the ‘Learn about Enterprise’ on the right-top corner to contact our sales team.
- Upgrade to Yearly
From the Subscription page, and then select Manage Plan to change to the yearly version.
- Cancel Plan
If you would like to cancel your current plan, similar to the above, you can go to the Subscription page as well and then click "Cancel Subscription". After that, the system will have a note saying your account will end on XXXX.
