There are two types of integrations between hireEZ and ATS/CRM apps. After getting approved by the Team Admin, the team-based integrations allow other users of the team to connect the app with one click, while the user-based integrations require users to provide their ATS/CRM account information.
You may refer to the list below to see which type of integration you have and then follow the steps to request the Admin's approval and connect the app with your hireEZ account.

Request Approval from the Admin
To connect the ATS/CRM with your hireEZ account, go to the Apps page and click on the ATS you need.
You will be led to the page of the ATS. Under the name of the app, you will see a note indicating whether the connection is approved by the Admin. If not, click on the Request to connect.
A new window will pop up and confirm the request to your Team Admin. You may input additional information in the text bar before you send the request.
Team-based Connections
If your ATS supports a team-based connection, you will be able to Link your ATS account to hireEZ after the Admin has set up the connection and you don't have to sign in individually.
If there is no specific ATS account needed, you will only see the app is connected directly once the Admin set up.
User-based Integrations
If your ATS supports user-based integrations, you will receive email and in-app notifications and find the Connect button under the name of the ATS when the Admin approves the integration.
Click on the button and sign in to your personal account of the ATS/CRM and grant hireEZ access to view and manage the data.
When you finish, you will receive email and in-app notifications and the button under the ATS name will change to Disconnect.
As a team member, your disconnection will not impact the other users on the same team.
