Integration Setup (Admin)
Before you begin, please ensure that you are...

A subscriber of hireEZ Enterprise and have a valid hireEZ account (*Please contact your hireEZ Account Manager if you need help setting up an Enterprise license.)

The admin user of your company's hireEZ Enterprise subscription

Retrieve the following credentials from your SmashFlyX POC

Username

API Keys

Ask the POC to enable the "Source" and "Method" fields on the SmashFlyX UI if these fields are not present already
Note: Please do not connect your test/sandbox instance with the hireEZ production account. If you would like to perform sandbox testing, please reach out to support@hireez.com or the assigned TPM. They can assist you further to issue a separate instance for testing.
In case you end up connecting your sandbox account with the hireEZ production account, notify the support team at the earliest. This brings unknown issues for the integration and results in a delay in your onboarding.
Step 1: Configure SmashFlyX on hireEZ

As an Admin user, you'll be able to configure your ATS by clicking on the All Integration tab.

If you also have an Enterprise team member license, you can configure it in hireEZ Apps by clicking here and follow the same instruction below.

In either case, click the Connect button on the ATS card.
Step 2: You will see a pop-up window to input SmashFlyX API credentials, including Username, Password, and API Key.
Step 3: You will receive both in-app and email notifications when you have successfully connected to SmashFlyX.
Step 4: Click Manage, and select to export candidates from hireEZ to SmashFlyX as prospects.
Note: Currently, SmashFlyX does not have an API for getting all jobs, so we do not support attaching candidates to a job at this moment.
Step 5: Map relevant candidate profile data fields between hireEZ and SmashFlyX under the Settings tab.

If you want to customize the data field mapping, select a hireEZ candidate profile field from the "hireEZ fields" list and choose a suitable field from the SmashFlyX profile fields dropdown.

If you want to attach a resume for each candidate when syncing from hireEZ to SmashFlyX, select “Attach hireEZ Resume”. We would export your manually uploaded resume if it exists in hireEZ. If not, we would export the hireEZ resume to SmashFlyX.

If you want to sync notes and tags from hireEZ to SmashFlyX, enable and map hireEZ Note and Tag fields with SmashFlyX Activity Fields.
Export candidates from hireEZ to SmashFlyX
After you have found qualified candidates in hireEZ, you can easily export them into SmashFlyX. Go to your project pipeline, select the candidates and click Export. You can also find the option on top of the candidate's profile.
In the pop-up window, choose ATS and select SmashFlyX from the list.
You will receive both in-app and email notifications when the export is completed. Once you've successfully exported the candidates, you can click the SmashFlyX icon on the candidate's hireEZ profile to redirect to his or her SmashFlyX profile. Additionally, in SmashFlyX, you'll even be able to see the hireEZ resume and source of the candidate.
