Integration Setup (Admin)
Before you begin, please ensure that you are...

A subscriber of hireEZ Enterprise and have a valid hireEZ account (*Please contact your hireEZ Account Manager if you need help setting up an Enterprise license.)

The admin user of your company's hireEZ Enterprise subscription

All Taleo Business Edition Premium Support level customers have access to the Taleo integration framework at no additional cost or configuration from Taleo. For additional details, please reach out to the Taleo support team.
Note: Please do not connect your test/sandbox instance with the hireEZ production account. If you would like to perform sandbox testing, please reach out to support@hireez.com or the assigned TPM. They can assist you further to issue a separate instance for testing.
In case you end up connecting your sandbox account with the hireEZ production account, notify the support team at the earliest. This brings unknown issues for the integration and results in a delay in your onboarding.
Step 1: Configure Taleo Business on hireEZ
- As an Admin user, you will be able to configure your ATS by clicking on the All Integrations tab.

If you also have an Enterprise team member license, you can configure it in hireEZ Apps by clicking here and following the same instruction below.

In either case, click the Connect button on the ATS card and click Connect on the next page.

- If you only hold the member license, you will need to submit the request to connect. The admin will receive it notification and approve it.
Step 2: You will see a pop-up window to input Taleo Business credentials, including Username, Password, and Company Code.

Step 3: You will receive both in-app and email notifications when you have successfully connected to Taleo Business.
Step 4: Click Manage, and select to export candidates from hireEZ to Taleo Business as Prospects or Candidates.
Step 5: Map relevant candidate profile data fields between hireEZ and Taleo Business under the Settings tab.
If you want to customize the data field mapping:

Select a hireEZ candidate profile field from the "hireEZ fields" field list and choose a suitable field from the Taleo Business Edition profile fields dropdown.

To attach a resume for each candidate when syncing from hireEZ to Taleo Business Edition, select the “Attach hireEZ Resume” checkbox.

To sync Note from the hireEZ to Taleo Business Edition, enable and map hireEZ Activity Note field with Taleo Business Edition activity fields.
Export candidates from hireEZ to Taleo Business
After you have found qualified candidates in hireEZ, you can easily export them into Taleo Business.
To start, go to your Taleo Business instance and add a new source "hireEZ" under the Candidates --> Sources page.

Then, go to your hireEZ project pipeline, select the candidates and click Export.
On the next page, select the application type from Taleo Business' jobs (optional). Click on Export candidates to continue.
You will receive both in-app and email notifications when the export is completed.
Once you've successfully exported the candidate, you will be able to see a Taleo Business icon on the candidate's profile.

You can then check the candidate's profile on Taleo Business.
