Integration Setup (Admin)
Before you begin, please ensure that you are...

A subscriber of hireEZ Enterprise and have a valid hireEZ account (*Please contact your hireEZ Account Manager if you need help setting up an Enterprise license).

The Admin user of your company's hireEZ Enterprise subscription

Contact the Talemetry support team (e.g. your Talemetry Account Manager or Customer Success Manager) to enable and configure the integration.
Note: Please do not connect your test/sandbox instance with the hireEZ production account. If you would like to perform sandbox testing, please reach out to support@hireez.com or the assigned TPM. They can assist you further to issue a separate instance for testing.
In case you end up connecting your sandbox account with the hireEZ production account, notify the support team at the earliest. This brings unknown issues for the integration and results in a delay in your onboarding.
Step 1: Configure Talemetry on hireEZ
- As an Admin user, you will be able to configure your ATS by clicking on the All Integrations tab.

If you also have a team member license, you can configure it in hireEZ Apps by clicking here and follow the same instruction below.

In either case, click Connect on the ATS.

Step 2: You will see a pop-up window to input Talemetry API credentials, including API Key, Secret Key, and Joblist Endpoint (optional).

Step 3: You will receive both in-app and email notifications when you have successfully connected to Talemetry.
Step 4: Click Manage, and select to export candidates from hireEZ to Talemetry as prospects or candidates linked to specific jobs.

To push candidates to a particular job, please add the Joblist endpoint (URL) to the Talemetry Access Configuration.
Step 5: Map relevant candidate profile data fields between hireEZ and Talemetry
If you want to customize the data field mapping:

Select a hireEZ candidate profile field from the "hireEZ fields" list and choose a suitable field from the Talemetry profile fields dropdown.

To attach a resume for each candidate when syncing from hireEZ to Talemetry, select the “Attach hireEZ Resume” checkbox.

To sync Tags, Notes, and Emails from the hireEZ to Talemetry, enable and map hireEZ Activity Tag, Note, and Emails fields with Talemetry activity fields.
Export candidates from hireEZ to Talemetry
After you have found qualified candidates in hireEZ, you can easily export them into Talemetry. Go to your project pipeline, select the candidates and click Export. You can also find the option on top of the candidate's profile.
Once you've successfully exported the candidate, you will find the Talemetry icon on the candidate's hireEZ profile.

The sync/export can take up to 15 mins to appear in Talemetry. hireEZ specific fields will appear on the "Other Fields" tab in the candidate profile on Talemetry - Social URLs, Skills, Summary, Exported by, and Extra Emails.
