How to Connect ATS from hireEZ
Pre-requisites:

You must have an Engage license/module as part of your Jobvite contract to leverage the hireEZ-Jobvite integration. Contact your Jobvite Account Manager/CSM for more details.

You should have a hireEZ Enterprise subscription and a valid hireEZ account.

Please contact your hireEZ Account Manager or Customer Success to set up an Enterprise subscription

- You should be the admin of your hireEZ Enterprise subscription.
**Note: Valid email address that has access to Jobvite and accepted the Jobvite invitation. This email should have the Admin role. Jobvite will need to configure this email address inside the API configurations.
Recommendation: hireEZ recommends getting a generic email that is non-user specific for the integration. Ex. jobviteapi@acme.com. A user-specific email will need to be modified when the user leaves the company.
Note: Please do not connect your test/sandbox instance with the hireEZ production account. If you would like to perform sandbox testing, please reach out to support@hireez.com or the assigned TPM. They can assist you further to issue a separate instance for testing.
In case you end up connecting your sandbox account with the hireEZ production account, notify the support team at the earliest. This brings unknown issues for the integration and results in a delay in your onboarding.
Admin User
- As an Admin user, you will be able to configure your ATS by clicking on the All Integrations tab.
- If you also have a team member license, you can configure it in hireEZ Apps by clicking here and following the steps as pictured in the screenshots below.
- Link your Jobvite user account with your hireEZ account. Input Jobvite Account Email, API Key, API Secret and click on Connect button to continue.

Member User
As an Enterprise member user, you could go to the App page to request the integration approval.
After you get approval from the admin, you will be able to see the "Connect" button on the ATS.
For the ATS only requires the admin login, Member users will connect to the ATS automatically after the admin logs into the ATS.
