Integration Setup
Step 1: Go to your Salesforce Setting/Set Up
Step 2: Click on Apps then App Manager
Step 3: Fill in the form for creating a New Connected App
Step 4: Change Policies for the newly created app in Salesforce
Step 5: Get your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret from the newly created app in Salesforce
Step 6: Go to Settings/ATS & CRM and Configure

Follow Settings-ATS integration
In case you end up connecting your sandbox account with the hireEZ production account, notify the support team at the earliest. This brings unknown issues for the integration and results in a delay in your onboarding.
Export Candidates from hireEZ to Salesforce
After you've found qualified candidates in hireEZ , you can easily export them into Salesforce. Go to a project and click Pipeline, select your candidates, and click Export.
You can then view the candidate's profile on Salesforce.
Important Note:

For Enterprise Salesforce accounts, the Salesforce account Admin might disable certain field permissions for the Contacts.

Make sure, you have read/write access to mentioned fields below and you can see the mentioned fields below on the Contact details page in Salesforce:

BONUS Section (Capture Social Links):

Salesforce does not have any appropriate field as a default that can be used to add LinkedIn Urls, GitHub etc.

In order to capture “Social Links” i.e. LinkedIn, GitHub Urls etc., please follow the mentioned steps ahead.

Make sure, you have appropriate access to Create “Custom/New Fields” under “Contacts”.

Rediscovering Candidates from Salesforce with hireEZ

To enable EZ Rediscovery with Salesforce and allow the pull of candidates from Salesforce into hireEZ, go to the Admin Console > General > ATS > Details > Import, and fill in credentials. If you've already connected through Apps, you won't need to fill in the credentials again under Rediscovery in the Admin Console.
*Note: Please contact hireEZ Customer Support to enable the two-way integration for EZ Rediscovery.
- Once enabled, you will be able to source candidates from both the open web and your ATS.
Analyze your integration performance (Admin)
As the hireEZ admin user, you'll have access to eye-opening statistics into your hireEZ-ATS integration. Go to the Dashboard under the Admin Console > Rediscovery to see rediscovery metrics, diversity breakdown of your ATS candidates, top companies of your ATS candidates, and more! You may click on any part of the charts to view candidates under the category.
