EZ Insights is a useful solution for TA professionals (recruiters, TA leaders, and HR team members, alike) to gain an in-depth understanding and vision of the global talent pool to better source or make bigger, strategic decisions based on the overall market. You can also Generate report to share with the team or Save report at the top right corner.
*Please note that entering specific companies/job titles is mandatory for generating an insights report. You may enter locations, skills, or years of experience to narrow down the research if needed.
Detailed Categories of EZ Insights
Company
Here we use Google as an example. You may check the data on top titles and functions in the company and analyze the organizational structure based on detailed employment statistics sorted by departments and positions.
- You'll find the trend of title changes in the first Top Titles Growth section
- The scale of each function and its proportion of the whole company in the Top Functions and the Organization Structure section,
- and the head of each function in the Leadership Teams Change section at the bottom. To better explain the numbers, it will show how a specific rate is calculated when hovering the mouse around it.
*If you enter multiple companies at the same time, you may choose a specific company in the drop-down under Target Company.
While checking the structure, we could check the employee list of each position. Moreover, we could screen their detailed profile, or add these employees to a hireEZ project.
If you only input the job titles, we will provide you with the detailed statistics of Companies have professionals you are looking for. For example: If you entered Software Engineer, you could check the number of professionals in each company and the average salary offered; you may also gain insights on whether these companies are making more hires for this position in the past 12 months from the 1yr growth column.
Location
This tab will come to use when you want to take a look at the employment in a specific location and do a little bit of comparison by checking the distribution in a bigger picture. Therefore, you could find where the talents are currently located, how competitive the market is, and how much it takes to bring this talent to your organization.
You could zoom in to take a closer look at the number of professionals/growth rate in each circled location.
*If you enter multiple companies for one report, it will be the general breakdown across all these companies.
Talent Move
Under the Talent move tab, you will be able to check the overall talent inflow and outflow of this company over the past 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. You may change the displaying period based on your needs. Following that, you could investigate the companies and locations where the selected company has hired talent from and lost talent over the past 12 months. There is data regarding the internal hires at the bottom of this page as well.
*If you input only the job titles for this report, our graphs for talent move will show the golden recruitment period among these professionals in the last three years. The starred time range will be two months before the hiring peak for the corresponding year.
Attrition
With the attrition analysis, you will be able to look at the overall workforce attrition rate of the selected company while comparing it to the whole industry or you could select a compared company. In addition, you could scroll down to further explore the attrition by functions, locations, and diversity groups. You could even choose a specific location at the drop-down while you are checking the Attrition by location section.
*If you only input the job titles, there will be no workforce attrition statics.
Year of experience
The year of experience distribution bar graph presents the level of concentration of the years of experience across the whole workforce. You may check the highlights next to this graph. Following this, you may gain some insights on employee loyalty in the Years of current company section. The Years in current role graph indicate how frequently these candidates are being transferred to a new position.
Skills
You will be able to check the whole skill life cycle including the top 3 new skills, skills that are growing and declining, skills most candidates have, and skills with the highest search frequency; following that, you may check What are the most common skills among these professionals with a detailed employees' list and data that indicate skill trends. In this case, managers could gain some insights on resource allocation and establish internal learning plans to mitigate skill shortages.
You could still delve into the employees' list of a certain skill by simply clicking on the corresponding number, as we mentioned earlier in this article. And you could do a comparison between your target companies and the selected compared company.
Diversity
You could check the general diversity stats of the company and the corresponding industry to see where they are at compared to the industry benchmark level. You are able to change the compared industry in the upper right corner.
With the data being broken down by specific functions, you could get a more detailed comparison and see the diversity gap needed to be filled more clearly.
