How Hires Can Be Tracked with the ATS/CRM Integrated

If you've bee using hireEZ for a while, you may wonder if the platform helps you and your team find and hire qualified talent. In other words, how do you know if the hires you made recently are actually from hireEZ?

Here are two ways you can track this in your daily candidate management.

• Maintain Source in the ATS
• Add tag/note when we export candidates

Maintain Source in the (integrated) ATS

- Which ATS/CRMs are able to indicate hireEZ as the 'Source' of hire.

With ATS integrations in the Enterprise plan, you can easily sync the candidates from hireEZ to the ATS. When you check or manage the candidates in your ATS, you can then check the source of the candidate(s).

Add tag/note when we export candidates

Adding a tag or note to candidate profiles is another great way to track the candidate source, no matter in hireEZ or the ATS, particularly if the candidate journey has been influenced by several platforms or touch points (whether by multiple softwares or strategic touch points). As recruiters, since we need to engage lots of candidates, sometimes we might inevitably engage someone we had reached out to before.

Therefore, the tag or the note becomes an extremely important data field, a source of attribution, to better understand the candidate journey and different touch points that led to a hire. Eventually, a tag/note like "emailed in July 2022 via hireEZ" will also help provide better reporting on the number of hires that can be attributed to hireEZ, particularly in those cases where you are not able to to directly report on the 'source' field (mentioned in previous section of this article) in your ATS. 

In hireEZ, when we sync the candidates with the tag in hireEZ to the ATS, the tag will be synced to the ATS as well.
