In this article, we will discuss how to check and track if the 'source of hire' is hireEZ, even when your ATS/CRM is not directly integrated with the platform, to help you more easily report on the number of hires that are coming from hireEZ.
Here are 2 options that can be leveraged to track hires without an integration set up:
- Make Sure hireEZ Is the 'Source' in Our Export Sheet
- Create a Specific Stage in the hireEZ Project Pipeline
Make Sure hireEZ Is the 'Source' in Our Export Sheet
From hireEZ, we will export the candidates to a CSV document either to import to the ATS/CRM or share among the team. The CSV sheet will show the source as hireEZ.
If there is no 'Source' column in the spreadsheet, we can also manually add it (either by adding a column to the spreadsheet after exporting, or admin users creating a custom Export Template), so as to make it clear to know where the candidates are sourced from.
Depending on which ATS you use, check if you need to add hireEZ as a source for recruiters to select when importing the profiles into the ATS from hireEZ, so that the data from the spreadsheet can be successfully uploaded.
Create a Specific Stage
As we all know, before we create a sourcing Project, we need to choose the pipeline stages that will be applied to our future candidate management in that Project. During the process from sourcing to finally making hires, hireEZ plays an important role in sourcing, emailing, meeting and etc. Therefore, we can add a stage like "Hired" to our pipeline stages. In this way, we will be able to know which candidate(s) finally get hired in this Project.
- How to Add the Stage
For the admin user, please refer to this article to learn how to create a new stage/process for the team. Recommendation: standardize which process is used across the team or specific user groups to help ensure consistency of reporting.
For users who can create the process themselves, this only takes two steps to do so.
Regarding the existing project, we can also change the process simply.
If the specific hiring process is already created, the process can be changed from the project settings page.
- Track the Overview in the Reports
Under the reports tab, there is an analysis specifically for the project performance from all the stages. Once we have the hired stage, we can check how many hires are made from all the projects in hireEZ.
