How Hires Can Be Tracked without an ATS/CRM Integration

In this article, we will discuss how to check and track if the 'source of hire' is hireEZ, even when your ATS/CRM is not directly integrated with the platform, to help you more easily report on the number of hires that are coming from hireEZ.

Make Sure hireEZ Is the 'Source' in Our Export Sheet

From hireEZ, we will export the candidates to a CSV document either to import to the ATS/CRM or share among the team. The CSV sheet will show the source as hireEZ.

If there is no 'Source' column in the spreadsheet, we can also manually add it (either by adding a column to the spreadsheet after exporting, or admin users creating a custom Export Template), so as to make it clear to know where the candidates are sourced from.

Depending on which ATS you use, check if you need to add hireEZ as a source for recruiters to select when importing the profiles into the ATS from hireEZ, so that the data from the spreadsheet can be successfully uploaded.
