In the hireEZ new dashboard, a brand new feature, the To-dos section has been added to help manage the daily tasks and facilitate collaboration.
There are two sections under the tab:
Onboarding Tasks on To-dos
For new users, there will be some onboarding tasks on the to-dos list to help you set up your hireEZ account:
- Connect your ATS/CRM:
- When your team has not integrated the ATS/CRM, you will see this to-do.
- When your team is already integrated with the ATS which does not require linking your account, you will not be able to see this to-do.
- When your team is already integrated with the ATS, but still requires linking your account, you will see a to-do as Connect to your account with {ATS/CRM name}.
- Setup your email delegation permission:
- When you haven’t set up the SOBO feature, you will see this to-do listed.
- Download Chrome extension:
- When you haven’t downloaded the hireEZ Chrome extension, you will see this to-do to give you a guide about it.
Once you completed these onboarding tasks or close them manually, they won’t show for the next time.
All To-dos Tasks
During the daily work, there will be some ongoing messages and notes to review and take action on. Based on those actions, the to-dos will list the tasks to help track. You could directly click the task link and then the system will lead you to the corresponding page to finish it.
Here are all the tasks that will appear:
- Meetings today
- When there are new candidate interviews scheduled on your calendar.
- Unread messages
- When you receive a new reply.
- Email delegation requests
- When your team members send a SOBO request to you.
- Candidates to review
- When your team members share profiles for you to review.
- Profile feedback to review
- When your team members submit feedback on the profiles shared by you.
- Mentioned notes
- When your team members mention you in a note.
- Shared projects
- When your team members invite you to a project.
- Reminder
- When you manually add a reminder for a candidate.
If there are a lot of tasks listed on your to-dos, you could use the drop-down window to choose different types of action items by clicking All to-dos.
When you complete or close all the to-dos, there will be no task in the to-dos section.
