In hireEZ Business tier plan, admin and recruiter users are both able to invite the new members to the team. Based on the current rule, the admin and the recruiter can invite both the new recruiter and hiring manager;  while the hiring manager can only invite the new hiring manager.

There are several ways to add new members described as follows:

Admin Invites New Member

From Home Page

As the admin of the team, you may find there is a "+" button on the home page. By clicking that, you will be able to invite a new recruiter or hiring manager.

Note: A Business tier team can have up to 2 recruiters (including the admin). One domain/company can have multiple teams (yet the later teams won't get the trial)

From the Team Management Page

The admin can go to the Team management page and click "+ Invite team member" to add a new recruiter or hiring manager.

Pending

When your recruiter invites another new recruiter, you will find the request from the Pending tab.

The new recruiter will receive an email to join the team.

Recruiter Invites New Recruiter

If there is still a remaining recruiter seat in the team, as a recruiter, you can also invite another account (same domain as yours) to join as a new recruiter in the team.

From the Subscription page, click "invite team member".

After that, the recruiter will receive an email to join the team.

Invite Hiring Manager

From the Project

For admin and recruiter users, when creating a new project, you will be able to invite the new hiring manager from the second step.

By Sharing Candidate Profile

The hiring manager's invitation can also be sent out when you share the candidate's profiles.

Please kindly note that the invitation can only be sent out when you share more than 1 profile.

From the Subscription

All active users in the team, including the hiring manager, can invite a new hiring manager.

Invite a new hiring manager from the subscription page.

Invite a new hiring manager from the Team management page.
