When you create a new project, you will be asked to add a hiring process. Hiring processes can help you better organize your candidates within a project to accommodate your workflow. When you access your hireEZ Business Tier account, you have two default process templates for your projects: Default Sourcing Process and Default Recruiting Process.
In the Default Sourcing Process, there are three stages in the pipeline, which are Good Fit, Contacted, and Replied. This is a good template to use if you have your own ATS and want to use your ATS to keep a record of all your candidates.
In the Default Recruiting Process, there are six more stages than Default Sourcing Process which are Phone Screen, Online Interview, Onsite Interview, Make Offer, Hired, and Archived. You can use this template to manage the pipeline if you don't have your own ATS / CRM.
If you need additional/customized templates, contact your team admin. If you have hireEZ Team Admin capabilities and there are other steps that you want to add to the hiring process, click on the Hiring process of Product setting to create a new hiring process template.
On the next page, fill in the information for different stages. You may also apply the template to the entire team or to certain groups of the team. When you are ready, name the template and click on Create hiring process to continue.
