A new Admin homepage is launched now to help Admin users better manage their team's activity hireEZ and their pipeline performance. In this new homepage, the team's usage or status as a whole is more visible. In addition, it brings a new focus on the comparison between industry benchmarks and the team's performance. Based on the benchmark, it's easy to understand where the team is performing well and where the team needs to improve.
This article will discuss this in more details according to the below categories of information in the homepage:
As the admin, when you open the Admin Console, you will directly go to the homepage page. The default time range is the last month from the current date. To customize the information on the homepage, you can select the specific time range you want to check.
Note: To make sure all the previously reviewed candidates are included in the report, it is recommended to extend the time range to check the data.
Active Users & Projects
Active users: all users who have logged in during the selected time / all users in the team (except the frozen users)
Active projects: the active projects (which have the viewing/sourcing/reviewing/qualifying action) within the selected time / all projects in the team (except the archived one)
By clicking the Active users or Active projects sections, you will be taken to the user management page or project detail page to view more details.
Outbound Recruiting Performance
You can easily track your team's pipeline performance metrics for one or more projects within a given time period within this area of the homepage. By clicking "View all projects" on the bottom, you will be able to see more detailed reports.
Outbound recruiting activity: the team's top-of-the-funnel recruitment performance/volume within a selected time period.
Outbound recruiting effectiveness: a comparison between the team's top-of-the-funnel performance and the industry average performance, including candidate conversion rate between each pipeline stage.
Note: the industry average benchmark is the average rate from the recent 30 days.
For how the detailed data is generated, please refer to this article: Enterprise: Reports Tab.
FAQ: Why is my rate over 100%?
Answer: This is based on the rate being calculated as the number of candidates in the specific stage (ie. Qualified) divided by the number of candidates that were reviewed during the selected time range. If the team is only qualifying candidates they reviewed previously (outside the selected time range), the rate will be over 100%.
Suggestion:
You may expand the time range to include more data in the calculation.
Tips for Admins
In the Outbound recruiting effectiveness chart, there are three rates for your reference which hireEZ will categorize the team's metrics against: Below industry average, Above industry average, and Industry average.
For example, hovering over the rate which indicates the team's "above the industry average" in green, you can read the details of how much it is higher or lower than the average.
If there is a rate that is below the industry average, the system will provide tips for the admin to best guide the team to improve that rate through their hireEZ platform usage and workflow.
