I've reported the wrong data issue in the product before. At times the information that hireEZ pulls for specific candidates does not belong to the right people, usually some emails. And therefore I will be reaching out to the wrong person who will come back to me with confusion. It does not happen often but may mess up sequences at times and my efforts in trying to reach a specific person.

I know nothing can be perfect and it is not that big of a deal, though, with a little patience, I hope hireEZ team can keep improving the data accuracy!

  If you find that the information on the candidate’s profile is inaccurate, feel free to submit the issue from "Report an Issue" and we will refresh it from the back-end.

  You can also let your CSM know the inaccurate information so he/she will support.
