Please note the following reasons that may cause Sign In or Log In issues while accessing hireEZ:
- If you are a new user and have not signed up for hireEZ before, and your team has not built a business with hireEZ, you will encounter errors while signing in or logging in to hireEZ.
hireEZ no longer supports new user registrations. If you require a hireEZ account, please leave your message along with the link, and our sales team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
- If you or your team have already purchased a hireEZ license, but you still face issues while signing in or logging in to hireEZ.
You need to accept the invitation sent to your email and create your hireEZ account. In case the invitation link expires, please contact support@hireez.com.
- If your organization is using a Single Sign-On service, you may be rejected while signing in or logging in to hireEZ.
Please contact your IT support to check if hireEZ has been granted as an internal application and if you have been granted as a user of hireEZ.
- If you are trying to log in to hireEZ from two different browsers or devices, you will be rejected.
Please exit from at least one account.
