Imagine, when you receive an opportunity email from a hiring manager or a CEO, will you be more likely to reply to it? According to our data, the answer is "Yes." With our Email Delegation feature, you can simply send on behalf of others or grant others to send on behalf of you. Moreover, you are able to track the emails and replies when the candidate responded to your colleague.
How to Set it Up
The Email Delegation feature is located at the bottom of the Profile Settings-->Email settings-->General page.
For Business users, you can locate it on the Product Setting-->Email delegation page.
Select the member in your team whom you want to send on behalf of and specify whether you need to send out the emails as your team member or keep track of the following replies as well. After you receive your team member's consent, you are ready to go.
The same process goes with the Send on behalf of you settings. You may click on +Add to grant permission to the selected team member or cancel your permissions by clicking on the trash bin button on the right.
How to Use It
While composing your messages, select the email address of the team member whom you want to send on behalf of from the drop-down list. You may also request new delegations from here.

How to Track It
After setting up the delegation and sending the messages to the candidates, you will see the record of the emails in your Outbox as well as on the candidate's profile.
In your Outbox, emails sent out are marked with senders' information such as sent by and sent as whom in the Sent by column. You can click on it and check the details.
Note: By activating the Send emails and see replies permission (for the emails you sent out or that were sent on behalf of you), you can check the emails and replies both in your regular email Outbox, the Messages tab, and on the candidate's profile in hireEZ. For emails you sent on behalf of someone else, you will only be able to check the emails and replies in the Messages Tab and the Emails on the candidate's profile in hireEZ.
When the Send emails only (more restrictive) permission is turned on, you and your teammates cannot check the replies of the candidates in each other's Inbox. Instead, you will only be able to check whether the candidates have replied to the email.
