Have you ever received the question from the candidate "where do you find my email?".
If you have, don't panic! Inevitably, you may run into some curious candidates that put you in a pickle.
Here's a standard email reply template from hireEZ you can use under this circumstance:
"Thank you for your inquiry about [YOUR COMPANY]'s data collection.
Upon receiving your inquiry, we conducted a search. We found your professional personal profile through hireEZ. [YOUR COMPANY] uses hireEZ to find talents to fill our company's job openings that you may be interested in.
hireEZ is a recruiting software tool, based in Mountain View California. hireEZ collects the following information from third party providers: potential job candidate’s name, email address, general location, social media profile links, education, experience, skills, projects, and publications. hireEZ does not collect special categories of personal data. hireEZ collects personal data solely for recruitment purposes - specifically to connect a passive job candidate with companies who are looking for someone with desired skillsets and professional background. hireEZ aspires to help a candidate get to where he or she wants to be professional. hireEZ shares job candidate data with us solely for the purpose of recruiting, and we will also only use your professional personal profile information for this purpose.
We understand that not everyone is interested in learning about new job opportunities or sharing a professional profile. We allow job candidates to opt out of our system. Please confirm, and we will delete all your information from our system. Further, we will notify hireEZ to remove your information from their system.
In addition, hireEZ allows job candidates to access, correct, or delete their data by using hireEZ’s Own Your Data tool or by sending them an email request through privacy@hireez.com. Hope the above answered your questions.
If you have more questions on this subject, please contact your Customer Success Manager or email support@hireez.com.
