Hey friends, we're at the end of June and have a few updates on Talent Profile, Diversity Analytics, EZ Insights, and EZ Integration. Hope you'll enjoy them!

Talent Profile

On the Talent profile page, the "Insights" section has been renamed to "Highlights". We highlight some information about the candidates here for you.

Diversity Analytics

When you check the box of Search for combined diverse groups, hireEZ diversity filters are combined into one single filter of Diverse Candidates. This setting can be applied across the entire team or specific Groups within a team.

When the Combined Diverse Groups setting is enabled, in the Analytics data, only the total number is displayed (named “Diverse Group”) to better align with the setting itself. The proportion of each underrepresented is not displayed now to further reduce potential bias in sourcing diverse talent.

EZ Insights

You are now able to generate new company insights by simply clicking company names in the report. You may check the insights report in the new window.

EZ Integration

1. Beamery: Our integration API has been enhanced, so now you can link your hireEZ account with your Beamery account, to ensure candidate ownership
2. Crelate:  We added manual and auto Merge & Sync features, to ensure you're able to more easily manage duplicate profiles when syncing candidates from hireEZ to Crelate
