9/22/2022 Updates on EZ Engagement and EZ Collaboration

Hey friends, at the end of September, we have two updates (one for EZ Engagement and the other for EZ collaboration) to boost your work productivity!
Here’s a quick overview:

EZ Engagement

Updates in Email Template

In order to help you locate and use email templates more quickly and efficiently, we have made some improvements to this feature.  
In the email compose window, after you click the Template button, you will find the email template has been categorized into three types:

• Your templates: created by yourself
• Sample templates: provided by hireEZ
• Shared templates: shared within your team

Similarly, improvements have been made to the Sequence templates as well. When you click the dropdown to Select Sequence, the sequence is also categorized into three types:

• Your sequence
• Sample sequence
• Shared sequence

Updates in Email Variables

In the Variables feature, you will find the "Location" has been changed to "Candidate location" to avoid some misunderstanding here. 

EZ Collaboration

To improve the user experience of sharing profiles with your team members and hiring managers, we made some important updates here.

First, when your shared profile is reviewed by your team member, you will receive a notification via email.

Second, if you want to check the reviewed status candidates you shared before, you can check the More filters in each project. From the dropdown Review feedback, you can choose Review as a good fit / Review as not a fit / Awaiting feedback / Never shared for feedback.
