8/27/2021: Updates on Email Integration Options, Share Engagement Status, and Diversity Data Enrichment

Hey recruiters, long time no see! We have been working on continually improving our data and product in the last two weeks, and here are the updates for this week.

New Email Integration Options: Yahoo, AOL, iCloud, and Others

Along with Gmail and Outlook Integration, we now support Yahoo, AOL, iCloud, and a few other email integrations*! You can find the Other Integration option under the Profile Settings --> Email Settings page.

Depending on your email server, you might need to generate an app password when signing in to your email account through the link Connect (Yahoo, AOL, iCloud and others).

You may refer to the articles under the Email Integration section for further instructions. Please note, you can only integrate ONE email account at a time.

Share Engagement Status with Team Members

You can view the open, clicked, and replied rates of the shared sequences from all team members under the Sequence tab now.

When clicking into any of the sequences, you are able to use the View My Status Only button in the upper right corner to focus on the status of the sequences that have been sent out by you.

If you are the Admin of the team, you can choose to view the status of the sequences from individual team members using the drop-down menu on the page.

As an Admin, you can also view the status of the sequences on the Admin Console --> Sourcing Performance --> Messages site.

Diversity Data Enrichment (Canada and European Countries)

We have added more data on candidates from underrepresented groups. Now our data of Hispanic candidates covers both U.S. and Canada, and the data of Asian candidates covers U.S. and most of the European countries**. You are able to filter these candidates in your searches and view the status of candidates from various groups on the Market Insights page.

**The European countries include United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Latvia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Croatia, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Malta, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Estonia, Portugal, Finland, Romania, France, Slovakia, Germany, Slovenia, Greece, Spain, Hungary, Sweden, Ireland.
