Hello recruiters, this is a big week for Hiretual. We have four improvements to announce.
Current or Past Title
Are you used to wondering whether Hiretual is searching for the candidate's current title or the past title? Now we made it more than clear. You have the option to indicate whether your job title criteria is referring to potential candidates' current title, past title, or either. Use the drop-down menu in front of the filter to select your preferred option. The default will now be 'Current or Past', instead of 'Current'.
Admin Control of the Excluded Companies
If your team is not allowed to recruit from specific companies, such as your organization's subsidiaries, your clients, or maybe there is a non-compete agreement is place, your Hiretual admin of the team can set a list of excluded companies for the team in the Settings --- Feature Access.
With the feature access ON, there will be a text box next to Exclude From Companies. All the searches conducted by the team members will exclude the companies in the list automatically.
Note: After changing the settings in the Feature Access, don't forget to click on Review & Update to change the settings.
Diversity Data for Canada
Following the diversity data improvement in Europe, Hiretual's data now supports sourcing Black candidates in Canada as well. At the same time, you can check the number of Black candidates in the U.S. and outside the U.S. respectively in our insights report.
Send On Behalf Of
Before this update was released, when sending out emails on behalf of others, you cannot check whether the candidates have replied or what they replied to you. There might be some communication gap between you and the person you sent the message on behalf of. With our new Email Delegation in the Email Settings, you can simply check the content and status of email replies as long as you get the approval to Send emails and see replies from this team member.
The same logic applies when you grant this same permission to your teammates.
