2/26/2021: Updates on the Reassignment of Project Owner and Notification of Note's Mention

Long time no see, recruiters and sourcers! I know you are all expecting something new. We have been working hard on the backend developing and improving new and existing features and functions. Here we come! We have two feature improvements on team collaboration this week.

Reassignment of Project Owner

Instead of only Project Owners being able to reassign their projects to a particular team member, admins now have a wholistic view of all the created projects on the projects page, which gives a better continuity of the teamwork and visibility into team activity. By clicking the ···, admins can reassign projects to other team members in a click. Projects will never get frozen or set aside due to not-in-time transfers that can be caused by organizational changes.

Notification of Note's Mention

'@' Mention in the candidates' profile notes enables more efficient communication with other team members regarding a particular candidate. By @your team members in the notes, you can leave messages and give instructions to them.

At the same time, notifications in the email and Hiretual platform can make sure you and your team members don't miss any messages.
