1/22/2021: Updates on Finding Similar Candidates, Boolean Builder in Sourcing, and Notes for Particular Team Members

Hey sourcers, we are getting close to the end of the tunnel! The world is looking ahead to the universal vaccine injection.

This week, we have enriched some of our existing features to make them handy and versatile to use.

Finding Similar Candidates via Chrome Extension

Before, to find similar candidates, you need to download the right candidate resume and upload it to Hiretual by clicking on Start with Resume/JD.

Now, with our latest Chrome extension, when you spot a perfect candidate (no matter if you are on LinkedIn, GitHub, or Kaggle - as long as it's a platform that our Chrome extension works on top of), you can find similar candidates with just one-click.

Boolean Builder on the Sourcing Tab

For those of you who are used to leveraging Boolean string to make searches more flexible and accurate, you have a handy cheat sheet on the sourcing tab now. Click on the Start with Boolean String in the top right corner of the left panel and you will see the window below.

You can either choose to write the string by yourself, or take advantage of our Boolean Builder. Both the Quick Mode and Smart Mode are simple and intuitive.

Notes for Particular Team Members

Notes is always a popular feature in our Hiretual community. People love to take notes on their candidates either for themselves or for the team. However, for big teams, too many notes may make the records messy, and it can be tedious to find the relevant ones. Now you can make your notes targeted by only allowing the relevant members to see either is yourself or individual members.
