What's up, everybody? How is your week? The holiday season is on the way. Have you started to decorate your home? I guess many of you are wrapping gifts now. We just packaged and delivered a highly requested feature this week. It will be a great help for team members in different roles to participate in the project.
We refined our Invite Hiring Team feature that used to be in the Project Details. For better management of your projects, go to the new tab Collaboration, and click on the drop-down menu to add your teammates.
Once you select your teammates for the project, you can limit their access by assigning different roles to them. In total, there are four different roles in a project --- Owner, Recruiter, Screener, and Viewer. Remember only when you have sent out the invitation, you can make this person an owner of the project.
Important: There is only ONE Owner in each project. If you assign the owner to one of your team members, you will automatically change to a Recruiter.
Here are some details about each role.
What's more, no matter what role you are in a project, you have the right to leave the project. Click on the button in the picture below. Only the Owners have the right to Archive or Delete the Project.
