Hey, recruiters. The holiday season is here! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving and a fruitful year. 2020 is a tough year for us all. In the last remaining month of 2020, stay safe, and keep optimistic! At the same time, Hiretual has brought the following presents to make your work easier.
Hiretual is able to generate Diversity Analytics & Insights based on you and your team's own diversity pipeline to help you decide how to achieve DEI initiative goals and understand how diverse candidates are moving through the top-of-the-funnel. You can find the following information at the end of your Reports tab and more information about it in the article at the end of this update. Don't worry. It is not an admin-only feature. Enterprise Users can check the insights of their own pipelines as well.
Diversity Filter --- Native American
The Native American option in the Diversity Filter is enabled now throughout the platform (in AI Sourcing, when you search your ATS, and run a Market Insights report). Hiretual looks at candidate family names to infer whether the candidate is Native American. In this first version of the filter, we have over 35,000 candidates in our dataset.
Bulk Download Resumes in PDF
Continuing last week's update, we have increased our bulk-downloading ability from a maximum of 10 PDF profile to 25 profiles at a time.
Contact Finding Improvement
On the data side, we just added over 2M pieces of personal contact info (for both emails and phone numbers) to our database. For candidates who don't have an email in their profile, click on the Find Personal Emails for help. Unlike the previous Find work emails, the result is based on this new data instead of AI prediction.
