Hiretual is now releasing many new features that can definitely make your life easier! Here is a run-down of each one of them.
Boolean Search in AI Sourcing Function
The Boolean Search is now available not only in ATS Candidates but also in AI Sourcing as well as Insights. It serves as an expansion to our existing Hiretual knowledge graph search, and you can choose to apply this filter option for greater flexibility in your searches and workflow. To learn more about Boolean Strings, you can read this article from the Help Center.
On the Source Candidates panel, you can simply click on Start with Boolean String and paste strings that you have composed, then submit. Candidates will be populated strictly based on your input.
Likewise, you may find the Keyword or Boolean field at the bottom of Insights metrics. Paste the string and click Enter. The insights report will be generated accordingly.
*Hiretual's previous Keywords field now functioning based on Boolean logic as well, so you can use boolean connectors to make your keywords more effective, or if you prefer, simply enter comma separated keywords that you would like populated in every profile sourced.
Not Viewed by the Team
If your team has seen a candidate's profile already, you may not need to see it again for some time. Hiretual now offers a filter in the candidate pool for you to avoid manually going through each profile to see if someone on the team had previously viewed them. You can find this filter under More Filters.
Set Sending Time of Sequence Emails Together on Their Respective Dates
There is a new checkbox to send all sequences at the same time but separately. You can find this setting from Schedule button on the first-touch email.
You may also set your follow-up emails to only get sent out on workdays. This has to be set when the sequence is created or edited under the Sequences tab.
*Note: You need to set Weekdays one by one, and can adjust the real send-out time upon engagement.
