Hiretual now elevates the Security Clearance sourcing to a new level! You can leverage the Clearance filter and profile insights to meet your demands for talents with specific clearance levels.
Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
We add SCI into the available options in the Clearance filter, which makes the total options of Clearance up to 12.
The Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) designation is not a clearance level in and of itself, but rather an additional access level that an individual can have added to their clearance level. For example, someone with a Top Secret Clearance may have an additional SCI designation which gives them further access to sensitive information. Not everyone that has a Top Secret or Secret clearance will have SCI access.
On the right-hand side of candidates' profile, there is an Insights section, which gives you a visualized reference of availability, expertise, market value, and our newly-added security clearance inferences.
You may find the hashtag(#), signifying the relevant options connected with your input in the Clearance filter. Below is inference indicating the data points that Hiretual uses to identify his or her security clearance and help you understand how Hiretual's clearance filter works.
There are three indicators for this feature:
Companies: i.e., federal contractors (Deloitte, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, etc.)
Location: i.e., military base, state laboratory, etc
An alternative export is available in addition to Export as PDF. You can now output your insights report as a spreadsheet (.xlsx format).
Whereas the PDF option is not editable, with the Excel format you have the flexibility to edit the file and select which Insights metrics you'd like to focus on your report
* Average market value and diversity data will only show in the exported insights page if the selected location is in the U.S. (both the pdf and spreadsheet).
