Here's a rundown of the latest Hiretual AI Sourcing updates!
AI Sourcing
When you click on Source Candidates, you can see the sourcing panel has a new layout.
Navigation
We had three tabs (General, Tech, and U.S. Healthcare) before, and you could adjust your metrics in each tab. Each tab functioned separately.
Now we have combined all search types: As you build your search, you can combine the General requirement with the Tech & U.S. Healthcare filters so that you can focus candidate expertise more specifically, while also sourcing from specific professional platforms. Advanced filters and More Filters are presented together with the three tabs above. All of them can function simultaneously.
Tech / U.S. Healthcare
When you enable Tech or U.S. Healthcare sourcing, this means you are searching a candidate pool from certain industry-specific sources, instead of the platforms in General sourcing.
Check the box ahead to start X-specific sourcing.
Tech Sourcing
-
Expertise: Select fields of expertise learned by Hiretual AI, based on candidate activities on GitHub, Stack Overflow, and/or Kaggle.
-
Coding Activities / Impact Levels: Source candidates with coding activity levels or community impact on GitHub, Stack Overflow, or Kaggle. This filter looks at how active a candidate is within the Tech community
U.S. Healthcare
-
Specialties: Search specialization of healthcare providers.
-
License States: Select the state where a candidate has an active license.
-
Certifications: Add healthcare certificates.
Keywords
Located at the bottom of the General sourcing page, this feature allows you to find candidates with or without certain keywords on their profiles. This helps you create stricter searches to help you surface more relevant candidates.
The U.S. Work Authorization
This feature is in More Filters.
It can help you only source candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S. and do not require visa sponsorship.
You can refer to the U.S. Work Authorization article to learn more!
