Hiretual Product Updates - May 2020

Are you ready for Hiretual's exciting product update news this month? Lately we have made numerous exciting improvements and upgrades from Chrome extension, advanced filters to ATS management.

1. Sequence Emails in the Chrome Extension

You can now edit and schedule sequence emails to a candidate right from the Hiretual Chrome Extension! Just like any other engagement through Hiretual, this candidate outreach activity will also be tracked.

2. Exclude from Locations:

In addition to searching for candidates in desired locations, you are now able to exclude certain locations from your search results.

3. IT/Tech and Healthcare Sourcing Filters

You can now search for Expertise and Coding Activities/Impact Levels under the Tech-Specific Filters. You need to click on the checkbox above to enable the search.

You can search for Specialties, License States and Certifications using the U.S. Healthcare-Specific Filters. Similarly, you need to check the box before you fill in the information.

Remember, candidates from an excluded company may still show up in Tech Sourcing search results because qualified candidates will be pulled from platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Kaggle that do not have company identifiers. In this case, if you want to search for or exclude candidates from selected companies, you need to specify the names of these companies in the Company filter.

4. Sync to ATS

You are now able to view candidates that are recently pulled from or pushed to your ATS by looking into the ATS CANDIDATES section on the left-hand column. You can check to see if candidates have been successfully exported to your ATS.

5. Duplicates Management

Clean data is key to work efficiency. Hiretual detects duplicate profiles and

gives you the option to merge duplicates or keep them separate.

You can locate "Manage Duplicates" on the upper right under the All Candidates tab.

Once you click on the button, you will see options on the right for further actions.

6. Prospect or Job Applicant (Admin only)

The majority of our ATS integrations now give you the option to sync candidates from Hiretual to your ATS’s general Talent Pool as a Prospect, a Prospect of a Job, or to a specific job in your ATS as a Job Applicant.

7. Tag Management (Admin only)

Add, edit, merge, or delete tags for your team. You will also be able to view the list of candidates that are under certain tags. Filtering candidates by tags is also accessible under the All Candidates page. Admin can choose tags from a drop-down list, and admin seats can manage the tags by merging or deleting.
