11/6/2020: Updates on Google Search Enhancement and Email Templates/Sequences Sharing Flexibility

This week we have two enhanced features to facilitate this coming hiring season!

Google Search Enhancement

Our cross-reference feature goes one step further! With our newest version of the Chrome extension, by turning on the Google Search Enhancement, you will be able to cross-reference a candidate's Hiretual profile directly in your Google search!

Just google the candidate's name via Chrome. You will see the candidate's Hiretual resume card on the top of your list including the live social links, skills, experience & education history in brief. Candidate contact information can also be revealed. For the candidates who have commonly used names, you can also add the candidate's current company, job title, or location to make the result targeted, just like the in-app cross-reference function.

Email Templates/Sequences Sharing Flexibility

Have you ever had some special or confidential templates or sequences that you only want to share with particular teammates? Before, you could only keep your templates and sequences private or public to all. Now, we have a third choice Share with individuals on my team. You can access it by clicking the button (...) at the end of the sequence line. By choosing Share with individuals on my team, you can choose one or multiple team members to share with. Remember, only the original owner of the template or sequence can make edits. Say goodbye to invalid sharing.
